Jeffrey Forster (company owner and aircraft mechanic) originally started Forst-Air Maintenance LTD. to continue his profession and to provide services to already existing clients in 2000. While the company originally started in Fort McMurray it migrated to Olds, Alberta in 2009; and has stayed in that location ever since.​​
